At this time I will address the information which you are requesting and would appreciate any effort to expediently review this material so that construction can commence as soon as possible. Responses to the issues are as follows: Issue #1 - Issue #2 - Issue #3 - Issue #4 - Issue #5 - Issue #6 - Issue #7 - Issue #8 - Issue #9 - Monument sign will be sandblasted concrete with recessed letters that will be painted charcoal grey. The logo will be red and white. Exterior man door and roll-up door color sample has been included. -4- Wall and door at trash enclosure shall match concrete and therefore color sample referenced in Issue #2. Palm trees are called out at 18’ B.T. (brown truck). This means the ‘cleaned’ portion of trunk is 18’ with the head above that and the foliage above the head. This is the way contractors will bid the project. There has been a discussion about the issue between our Landscape Architect and Larry Black, please contact him if necessary. Catalog cuts of proposed outdoor furniture have been included. Paving at employee eating area will be a 5’ x 5’ pattern with tooled joints and a broom finish on concrete. Paving at the entry shall be a stamped patterned concrete with integral charcoal grey color (see enclosed example). There is no conflict between proposed tree placements and light standards. There are no trees proposed in the water line easement.
