4. A building section indicating mechanical unit heights was presented and reviewed by those present. Mechanical units are acceptable in present location noting that Lot 37 is the
highest lot in the area.
y7/ City of Carlsbad is requiring that a noise level study be done to determine any potential noise problems within the building caused from the airport traffic. This report is to include any appropriate mitigating measures if any and is to be reviewed by the City of Carlsbad Environmental Planner.
Recipients of these notes should advise this writer of any errors and/or omissions. Otherwise they will stand correct as written.
