RE: Upper Deck Company Outdoor Basketball Court (Lots 26 and 27)
Dear Mr. Pappas:
The Architectural Committee has reviewed the conceptual plans for the proposed basket ball court to be located at the end of Sea Otter Place in front of the Upper Deck Building. As submitted the plans are approved.
A formal submission to the Architectural Committee will be required for final approval. All terms and conditions as outlined in the Architectural and Development Guidelines and the Declaration of Protective Covenants for Carlsbad Oaks East Business Park will be considered in giving final approval. We have attached a copy of the conceptual plans for review and have retained a copy for our records.
