July 27,1993 State Farm Insurance Company 1 State Farm Plaza Bloomington, IL 61 710 Attention: Jack Harris, Assistant Vice President SUBJECT: EXTENSION OF PIP 9044 - STATE FARM INSURANCE SERVICE CENTER Dear Mr. Harris: The City has completed a review of your request for an extension for Planned Industrial Permit 90-04 for development located on the north side of Palomar Airport Road between Palomar Oaks Way and Camino Vida Roble. It is the Planning Director% determination that the project is still consistent with the City's Planned Industrial Zone regulations (Chapter 21.34) and with all other applicable City ordinances and policies. The Planning Director, therefore APPROVES a one-year extension for PIP 90-04 based on the findings and conditions listed below. Pip 90-04 will now expire on November 20, 1993, if building permits have not been issued. 1. The site indicated by the Planned Industrial Pennit is still adequate in size and shape to accommodate the proposed use, and all yards, spaces, walls, fences, parking, loading, landscaping, and other features required by this chapter. 2. The improvements indicated on the Planned Industrial Permit, are still located in such a manner to be related to existing and proposed streets and highways. 3. The improvements as shown on the Planned Industrial Permit are still consistent with the intent and purpose of this zone and all adopted development, design, and performance standards as set forth in this chapter. 1. Development shall occur substantially as shown unless otherwise noted in these conditions. 2. All of the conditions in Planning Commission Resolution No. 3475 (CUP 90-11x1) and PIP 90-04 are included herein by reference.
