University Dr Phoenix, AZ 85034-,6821 summ PIP 904 - STATE FARM INSURANCE SERVICE CENTER The City has completed a review of the application for a Planned Industrial Permit for development located on the north side of Palomar Airport Road between Palomar Oaks Way and Camino Vida Roble. It is the Planning Director's determination that the project is consistent with the City's Planned Industrial Zone regulations (Chapter 21.34) and with all other applicable City ordinances and policies. The Planning Director, therefore, recommends APPROVAL of this request based on the following: 1) The site indicated by the Planned Industrial Permit is adequate in size and shape to accommodate the proposed use, and all yards, spaces, walls, fences, parking, loading, landscaping, and other features required by this chapter. 2) The improvements indicated on the Planned Industrial Permit are located in such a manner to be related to existing and proposed streets and highways. 3) The improvements as shown on the Planned Industrial Permit are consistent with the intent and purpose of this zone and all adopted development, design, and performance standards as set forth in this chapter. 2075 Las Palmas Drive - Carlsbad, California 92009-1 576 - (61 9) 438-1 161 @ PIP 90-4 - STATE FARM INSURANCE SERVICE CENTER FEBRUARY 21, 1991 PAGE 2 Conditions: Approval is granted for PIP 90-4 as shown on Exhibits "A" - "E", dated January 21, 1991, on file in the Planning Department and incorporated herein by . reference. Development shall occur substantially as shown unless otherwise noted in these conditions. All uses established in this structure shall be consistent with Section 21.34.020 (Permitted Uses). All roof appurtenances shall be shielded from view and architecturally integrated with the building design. Unless otherwise stated, this industrial project shall comply with all applicable City ordinances and requirements. Approval of PIP 90-4 is granted subject to the approval of CUP 90-1 1. All of the conditions in Planning Commission Resolution No. 3189 (CUP 90- 11) are included herein by reference except for Condition No. 8. please call Elaine Blackburn at 438-1 161, extension 4471.
