Dear Mike,
Below are responses to your attached deficiency items and conditions of approval. They
are as follows:

Permits for the underground fuel tanks will be issued at time of
building permit issuance. The above grade propane tank has been
relocated 25 feet away from property line. The proposed tank will not
exceed 1,0oO gal., thus complying with UFC, Article 82.
A rack layout and list of commodities of high piled stock will be
submitted during building plan check.
On-site fire hydrants and water mains are shown on the civil plan,
sheet #3.
The proposed hydrants are not obstructed by parking.
