Due to the extenuating circumstances in resolving various planning issues with respect to
the above mentioned Planned Industrial Permit submittal, I request that you extend the
permit expiration date an additional 90 days. This additional time would enable me to
resolve all the outstanding items in a timely manner prior to the deadline.
