Pacific Coast Designs is pleased to provide you with the Republic Tool & Manufacturing, Inc.
tenant improvement Plan of 1 1,600 SF of new assembly line manufacturing space located in their
existing warehouse space of their Distribution Facility, located @ 62 1 1 Corte del Abeto. In the layout of
this plan we have provided newly designed Parking and updated requirements for the Site, towards
approval of this tenant improvement.
Pacific Coast Designs & Republic Tool & Manufacturing, Inc. are requesting in this letter, the
review & approval of a Minor Amendment to the existing Planned Industrial Permit 93- 1, as required
by Zoning Ordinance 2 1.34.1 lo., which Gary E. Wayne has stated in a letter to Republic's Office, dated
June 24,1997 is to be deemed minor in nature.
Please find enclosed also, a design set of plans showing the proposed changes to the existing
Republic's Facility @ 62 1 1 Corte del Abeto. If any further, requirements and / or details are needed or
