These locations have operational costs and savings associated with them. We are performing feasibility studies of these locations and are submitting the plans for these sites for formal review. This request is for formal review for our site at 62 1 1 Corte Del Abeto. Building plans are on file for this site. This is a two story building with 6,187 sq. ft. designated as office and 129,000 sq. ft. designated as warehouse. This building has a technical report on file with the fire department and we would like the review of that report included in this process. There are 155 parking spaces currently on this site, 23 of them compact. We are planning to relocate 12,000 sq. ft. of light manufacturing to this building. This will increase the number of occupants on the first floor to 60 per shift. The location for this area is shown on the included drawing. This area will be separated from the warehouse by chain link fence. In our opinion, this new usage poses a reduced fire hazard than the existing building usage (plastic storage). Our understanding of parking code requirements indicates we may need to designate additional parking spaces at this location. Please understand that at no time do we expect to have more than 80 people in the entire facility (first and second floor) per shift. We would like feedback on designating parking spaces along one of the walls, closing down docks and using that space for parking, and parking in the roll up door locations. These locations are marked on the drawings. We look forward to your feedback on these proposals. Lf Donna Durlak Industrial Engineer David Gutierrez Health and Safety
