Attached is a copy of a notice of restriction on real property which recently came to us for review. I approved the notice, but it did not contain the standard revision date of 1/13/94 at the
bottom of the page. It is important to us that all standard agreements contain the revision dates so we can check them for conformance with out standard. Please make sure that these are not
