We have reviewed the available plans for the proposed project by Callaway Golf and have
found them to be in conformance with the architectural guidelines set forth by the Carlsbad
Airport Center Owners Association. The reviewed documents include the following:
1. Preliminary Civil Plan, dated September 15, 1993, as prepared by Sea Crest
Engineering, Inc.
2. Preliminary Floor Plans and Building Elevations, dated September 30, 1993,
as prepared by Smith Consulting Architects.
3. Preliminary Landscape Plans as prepared by Van Dyke & Associates.
This letter constitutes an approval of the project by Carlsbad Airport Center Owners
