Project Description: 52,050 sq. ft. golf test facility and test range.
This is to advise that the City of Carlsbad has approved the above described project on December 10, 1993
and has made the following determinations regarding the above described project.
1. The project will not have a significant effect on the environment.
2. This project was reviewed previously and was found to be in compliance with EIR 81-06.
3. Mitigation measures were not made a condition of the approval of the project.
4. A statement of Overriding Considerations was not adopted for this project
5. Findings were not made pursuant to the provisions of CEQA.
This is to certdy that the final Environmental Impact Report with comments and responses and record of
project approval are available to the General Public at THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.
