We are proposing the construction of a temporary stairway connecting two properties either owned or leased by Callaway Golf; this stairway would encroach into both easements. When granting a consent agreement to encroach, it is our understanding that SDG&E will enforce the following stipulations: 0 If at any time the SDG&E should need access to the easement for future work or repairs, Callaway Golf agrees to remove that portion of stair within the easement.
