RE: Callaway Golf Test Facility Temporary Stairs

Lot 21 - 5860 Dryden Place - Test Facility
This letter is to inform you of our intention of constructing a temporary access
stair connecting the property owned by Koll and leased to Callaway Golf and the
Test Facility property. The City of Carlsbad requires a letter of acknowledgment
and permission from all involved property owners, for submittal for review.
When granting a consent agreement to construct, it will be our understanding
that the following stipulations be undertaken:
The slope between the properties is the location for construction of the stair.
Construction of a concrete access walk on Lot 20, within the 10' wide
This slope is entirely within Callaway Golf property.
sideyard setback, will connect the existing parking area to the newly
constructed stair.
