Dear Mr. Gin:
This letter is regarding our telephone conversation, on March 24, 1994, about the
conditions of approval for PIP 94-01.
Condition number 22, which is the Notice of Restriction, will be originated from our office.
We complete the form and send it to the County for recordation.
Condition number 23, which is the Notice Concerning Aircraft Environmental Impacts, will
not be required since the project is not residential in nature. The planning department
policy number 17 intends the notice to be for residential projects only.
