Dear Terri;
Thank you for granting approval for the installation of only four
8’ picnic tables at this time.
It is our understanding we will be required to notify the planning
department each year, on the anniversary of our certificate of
occupany, how many employees are employed at this building and if
the number of employees warrants additional picnic tables, we will
provide the required tables within thirty days of notification.
We appreciate the cooperation of the City regarding this situation.
