Dear Terri;
In reviewing our landscape plan for the above project, we noticed
there are 22 6' picnic tables shown on the plan.
Our tenant , Republic Tool, has indicated the use of the property
for the forseeable future will be strictly warehousing with a total employee count from 5 to 15 onsite.
We feel at this time the installation of four 8' picnic tables
would be more than adequate to meet the needs of the employees
desiring to eat outside.
We will install additional tables if the employee count rises in
the future.
I have enclosed a plan for your review and approval.

matter.

Our cmnt personnel plan for the facility at 1960 KeUagg Avenue consists of anywhere
between 5 and 15 employees. Our initial plans are to use the facility mainly for
warehousing, thus requiring a limited number of employees.
