Dear Terrl;
This will confirm our conversation of this morning in regard to
receiving planning department approval for issuance of a grading
permit for the above referenced project.
It is my understanding your department will grant approval to issue
the grading permit if Larry Black gives verbal approval we have
complied with the corrections to the landscaping plan Larry
requested on the first plan check, and we are in receipt of the first plan check comments from the Carlsbad Municipal Water
District and we have addressed any items requiring correction as
a result of their comments.
Your approval is further conditioned upon the understanding by
Four-Sher Development Co., that until the final landscape plan is
fully approved, we cannot obtain our building permit for the above
referenced project.
