SUBJECT: PIP 94-02 CARLSBAD AIRPORT CENTRE LOT 36 COMPLIANCE WITH
McCLELLAN-PALOMAR AIRPORT CLUP

Planned Industrial Permit (PIP 94-02) is enclosed for your review. This project is a two-story
tilt-up concrete warehouse/distribution/office building and is approximately 103,982 square feet
in size. The project falls inside of the 70 dBA CNEL noise contour within the Airport Influence
Area. The project is located north of Mino Vida Roble on the east side of Kellogg Avenue.
The airport is located directly adjacent to the site on the north.
Your written comments concerning the project’s conformance with the McClellan-Palomar Airport
Comprehensive Land Use Plan, along with other factors that would assure compatibility with
airport operations, are appreciated. It would be helpful if comments could be received by
October 6, 1994.
