Dear Jack:
Planned Industrial Permit No. PIP 94-03 is enclosed for your review. This project is a
new manufacturing, office, research and development and warehouse building and is
approximately 25,414 square feet in size. The project falls inside the 65 CNEL contour
within the McClellan-Palomar Airport influence area. The project is located at 1959
Kellogg Avenue and is 600 feet SOUTH of the Airport.
Your written comments concerning the project’s conformance with Palomar Airport’s
Comprehensive Land Use Plan, along with other factors that would assure compatibility
with airport operations, are appreciated. . It would be helpful if comments could be
received by November 10, 1994.
