Enclosed is a letter from the San Diego County Recorders office indicating that there is a
discrepancy within the "Notice concerning Air& Environmental Impacts" form recently
completed by yourself. The Notice, which is to be recorded on property described as Lot 46 of
Carlsbad Tract No. 8 1-46, was required as a condition of development of the above described
project. The person appearing before the notary republic was not yourself, but rather Gregg
Hamann. Yet, your name and signature appears on the form and the notary should have
acknowledged your signature. Please obtain notarization for "Jeffrey C. Hamann" using the
enclosed all-purpose acknowledgement form. Also enclosed is a new blank page for your
signature and other pertinent information. You may send the enclosed form and attached notary
to my attention in the Planning Department. Yourcooperation is greatly appreciated.
