Dear Sir or Madam:
The Carlsbad Airport Centre Owners Association Architectural Review Committee has reviewed
and approved the building modifications for lot 18. The project involves revision of parking
area to add 4 spaces, addition of exterior concrete block equipment enclosure, addition of metal
roof screens and addition of 2 wall louvers at the South elevation. The proposed building
modification plans conform to the development standards as specified in the CC&R's for the
