Planned Industrial Permit 94-04 is enclosed for your review. This project is an industrial
o€fice/warehouse and is approximately 22,096 square feet in size. The project falls at the 70 CNEL contour of the Palomar Airport influence area. The project is located on Lot 18 on Palomar Oaks
Way, just north of the intersection with Camino Vida Roble, and is approximately 400 feet south-
west of the Airport property.
Yourwrittencomments concerning the project's conformance with Palomar Airport's Comprehensive
Land Use Plan, along with other factors that would assure compatibility with airport operations, are
appreciated. Please provide any conditions or comments by January 2,1994.
