Avigation Easement
Dear Teresa,
Per our telephone conversation on February 21,1995, this letter acknowledges that the property
owner and representatives have reviewed SANDAG’s request for an avigation easement over
the referenced project. We also acknowledge our understanding that the filing of this avigation
easement would allow the issuance of a grading permit and that the avigation easement will be
officially recorded with the County of San Diego, prior to the City of Carlsbad issuance of a
building permit.
