RE: FILE #PIP 94-05 COMPLIANCE WITH PALOMAR AIRPORT C.L.U.P.

Plans for a Planned Industrial Permit (PIP 94-05) are enclosed for your review. This project is a one story
tilt-up concrete office/warehousing building which is approximately 41,626 square feet in size. The
project falls outside the 60dBA CNEL contour within the Palomar Airport influence area. The project
is located on the north side of Loker Avenue between Dolphin Court and Blue Whale Court in the City
of Carlsbad and is approximately 5,000 feet east of the Airport.
Your written comments concerning the project's conformance with Palomar Airport's Comprehensive Land
Use Plan, along with other factors that would assure compatibility with airport operations, are appreciated.
It would be helpful if comments could be received by January 28, 1995.
