MacKichan Karen MacKichan 1313 Simpson Way Suite M Escondido, CA 92029 SUBJECT: EXHIBIT ART PIP 95-03.PFF AGREEMENT bear David and Karen: i Please find enclosed clean blanks of two pages from our PFF agreement as well as the original agreement pages 1-7. Because two people are listed as the owners of parcel 212-092-07, both need to be listed on page 1 on the (name of developer-owner) line, both need to be listed in the DEVELOPER- OWNER column on page 6, and both signatures need to be notarized. I am sony for any inconvenience this may cause, but the signatures are neceSSary to further processing of the PIP application. Regarding the application, we received a resubmittal from the architect on March 24. However, some of the issues identified in the letter of February 28 have not been addressed and will need to be resolved prior to the issuance of the Planned Industrial Permit.
