planned Industrial Permit 95-06 is encloeed for your review. This project is a non-residential building
which includes manufacturing, warehouse and office uses and is approximately 124,504 square feet in sizc.
The project falls outside the 65 CNEL contour within the Palomar Airport influence area. The project is
located along Camino Vi& Roble, between Kellogg and Owens Avenues and is immediately south of the
Airport.
Your written comments concerning the project's conformance with Palomar Airport's Comprehensive Land
Use Plan, along with other factors that would assun compatibility with airport operations, are appreciated
It would be helpful if comments could be nceived by May 24, 1995.
