Prior to formal application submittal, the following items must be addressed: 1. The proposed loading bay located at the northeast corner of the building must be able to function utilizing semi-trailer turning radii. A Ca1tran.s 407C turning template with a 50 ft. turning radius will be required as a minimum; a Caltrans 407D with a 60 ft. turning radius is, however, preferred. 2. Please provide a profile for Camino Vida Roble (CVR) from the easterly proposed driveway through the crest vertical curve west of Kellogg Avenue. Indicate both proposed driveways, the CVR/Kellogg Ave. intersection and the sight distances for the driveways. 3. Please be advised that a grading permit will be required for this proposed project. Please inform the applicant that this preliminary review does not constitute a complete review of the proposed project and that additional items of concern may be investigated at the time of formal application submittal.
