Subject: Picnic benches
To Whom It May Concern:
Please be advised we have completed the shell building at 1950
Camino Vida Roble.
Although we did show picnic benches on the landscape plan we do not
know what type of tenant will ultimately occupy the facility.
We request that planning goJ currently require the placement of the
picnic benches until such time as we determine the occupancy of the
building which in turn will indicate how many benches we will need.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter. Please notify the
landscaping inspector of your approval of our request.
