RE: Carlsbad Airport Architectural Review, Lots 33 & 34
Dear Sir or Madam:
The Carlsbad Airport Centre Owners Association Architectural Review Committee has
reviewed and approved the plans for lots 33 and 34 project. The project involves a 124,504
square foot building on 7.42 acres on Camino Vida Roble. The proposed building is to be
constructed of sand-blasted and painted concrete tilt-up panels and high performance glass
storefront with a building height of 35 feet A.F.F. maximum. Plans conform to the development
standards as specified in the CC&R's for the industrial park.
