Description/Explanation. The project consists of small independent industrial buildings ranging in size from 5029 SF to 9987 S.F. Each building will be on a separate lot with shared access and parking. The site is a pregraded lot in a master planned industrial/business park. This lot will be subdivided into 4 parcels. The buildings will be constructed as shell buildings and the buyer of each building will supply the tenant improvements.
