MCCLELLAN-PALOMAR AIRPORT - HOMES FOR INDUSTRY - REQUEST TO VACATE
A PORTION OF AVIGATION EASEMENT OVER LOT 39
We have reviewed your request to vacate part of the subject avigation easement over Lot 39. The
airport uses in the area that abuts your parcel produce a high noise and dust level. For these reasons,
it is not in the best interest of County Airports to grant your request.
