RE: HOMES EDR INDUSTRY LOTS 39 & 40 - CARLSBAD
I would appreciate if you would clarify a question I have regarding the Community
Noise Equivalent Levels in reference to locating a building within a lot where various
noise level contours exist.
Specifically, if a level 75 contour exists at the northerly portion of a lot and a building
is situated whereby it is located southerly of that contour is the building required to be
constructed with an interior noise level of 50?
