Reference: Lot 40 Additional Parking
Dear Mr. Decerbo:
As per our previous conversation, please be advised that we are still in need
of an answer to our question regarding the conditions that might affect our
being able to add additional office space by providing additional parking.
Our parking lease will be a 30 year ground lease with the County of San
Diego. At the end of the 30 years, how would our addition of office space be
affected and how would the City of Carlsbad look at an arrangement of this
nature.
