SUBJECT: PS 97-22 - HOMES FOR INDUSTRY - LOT 40
Dear Sirs:
The city has reviewed and approved your application for a Sign Program for property
located at 1926 thru 1940 Kellogg Avenue, in the City of Carlsbad. This fulfills the Sign
' Program condition of the Planned Industrial Permit (PIP 95-09). Individual sign permits
may now be submitted. Sign permit applications require three sets of plans, which will
be reviewed against the sign program. The fee for the sign permit is currently $30.00.
Attached is a copy of the approved sign program for your records.
