COMPLIANCE WITH PALOMAR AIRPORT C.L.U.P.
Dear Jack:
Plans for the above-referenced project are enclosed for your review. This project is an
office industrial spec building consisting of approximately 24,654 sf in size. The
project falls outside of the 60 dBA CNEL contour within the Palomar Airport Influence
Area. The project is to be located on Edison Place south of the Airport.
Your written comments concerning the project's conformance with the Palomar Airport
C.L.U.P., along with other factors which would assure compatibility with airport
operations, are appreciated. It would be helpful if comments could be received by
October 15, 1996.
