CONTINUED INCOMPLETENESS STATEMENT
CARLSBAD AIRPORT CENTRE PARCEL 1, PIP 96-01
The Engineering Department has completed its review of the resubmitted project application for
completeness. The application and plans submitted for this project are still incomplete.
Engineering review on this project will not continue until the items noted on the attached
checklist and which are summarized below are completed:
1. A typical street cross section for Edison Place, similar to those shown on street
improvement plans.
2. A geotechnical report that discusses the soils analysis, design criteria, drainage
requirements, and other items related to the retaining wall proposed along the west side
of the building.
