Thank you for having the patience and working with us on your proposed spec building
at the comer of Loker Avenue East and Sea Otter Drive. As we discussed on the
telephone today, we will approve of a driveway on Loker Avenue East.
The driveway should be located approximately equal distance between the intersection
of Sea Otter Drive and the existing driveway on the opposite side of the street from
your lot on Loker Avenue East.
That driveway can be permanent versus the temporary driveway as shown in my sketch
faxed to you October 1 , 1996. I hope this can work out for everyone and, again, I
appreciate your patience in working with us.
