As we discussed on the telephone today, we will approve of a driveway on Loker Avenue East. The driveway should be located approximately equal distance between the intersection of Sea Otter Drive and the existing driveway on the opposite side of the street from your lot on Loker Avenue East. That driveway can be permanent versus the temporary driveway as shown in my sketch faxed to you October 1 , 1996.
