SUBJECT: HUNSAKER CARLSBAD I - PIP 96-03
Dear Jack:
Plans for the above-referenced project are enclosed for your review. This project is an industrial
office building consisting of approximately 105,000 square feet in size. The project falls outside
of the 60 dBa CNEL noise contour within the Palomar Airport Flight Activity Zone. The project
is to be located on the north side of Loker Avenue East between Sea Otter Place and future El
Fuerte Street.
Your written comments concerning the project's conformance with the Palomar Airport CLUP,
along with other factors which would assure compatibility with airport operations, are
appreciated. It would be helpful if comments could be received by April 20, 1997.
