SUBJECT: FLOREXPO - PIP 97-01
Dear Jack:
Plans for the above-referenced project are enclosed for your review. This project is an industrial
office and warehouse building consisting of approximately 41,000 square feet in size. The
project falls inside of the 65 dBa CNEL noise contour within the Palomar Airport Influence
Area. The project is to be located on east side of Kellogg Avenue between Camino Vida Robles
and Kellogg Avenue (north).
Your written comments concerning the project’s conformance with the Palomar Airport CLUP,
along with other factors which would assure compatibility with airport operations, are
appreciated. It would be helpful if comments could be received by April 20, 1997.
