Description/Explanation. The proposed project is a 38,500 sf two story concrete tilt-up structure . At this time there is not a tenant however the project is parked at 1 per 280, so a wide range of users could be accommodated. The building is designed to allow for two tenants and will have a truck well at the rear of the structure.
