I. IC introduced the project team and presented design alternatives in response to comments and direction received from the Planning Department. The alternatives and options focused on the following locations: A. Palornar Airport Road frontage. 1, Option I: Re-grade the entire 85-foot of frontage between PL and top of pad with an undulating slope varying between 3:l and 1.5:l. Install new plant material as existing vegetation will be removed. incorporated a series of 1.5:l slopes and 7-foot high planted retaining walls, Install additional plant material to supplement existing landscaping. photographs of the site were provided to describe the design options. 2. , Option II: Maintain the first 50-feet of frontage including vegetation and 3.
