These plans address the following Planning and Engineering comments deemed necessary to complete the PIP/HDP/PUD application: PI. P2. P3. P4. P5. El. E2. E3. Sheet AI .2 calls out the location, improvements and amenities provided for Building D. In addition, Sheet AI . I provides a breakdown of the outdoor eating areas provided for the entire project Sheets C2 of the PUD and PIP drawings show street sections through all three adjacent streets. Sheet A2.4 locates all roof mounted equipment and calls out the height of all equipment relative to the roof parapet elevation of 4 I ’-0” above finish grade. A revised PFF agreement is attached. 550 parking spaces require I IO parking lot trees. 74 trees are provided in the parking lot proper and 37 trees have been provided along the perimeter. This provides a total of I I I trees. Sheets C I of the PUD and PIP drawings indicates the bearing and distance along the Palomar Airport Road property line. Sheets C2 of the PUD and PIP drawings show street sections through all three adjacent streets. Sheets C2 of the PUD and PIP drawings provide a schedule of easements referenced to the Title Report. In addition, the revised plans address the following issues of concern: P I. All references to signs on the plans have been removed. P2. No parking spaces will overhang or project into required yards. P3. A letter of approval from SDG&E is attached. P4. The landscape architect for the project has been in contact with Mr. Larry Black to discuss this issue.
