Will require a non-residential Planned Unit Development application.
Driveway exceeds maximum width of 36 feet.
Refer to permitted office uses in PM Zone. Will significantly restrict uses allowed.
All buildings at top of slope should be one story.
Must provide a maintainable drainage course between buildings and toe of slope.
No trash enclosures at the end of longer parking aisles unless a turnaround is
provided.
Observe sight distance triangle standard on Palomar Oaks Way and Camino Vida
Roble. Already being violated by decorative rocks.
Observe policy for entrance median (attached).
