Dear Ms. Ann Hysong:
On June 6,1998, Industrial Developments International (IDI) posted a iand,scape cash
deposit with the City of Carlsbad in order to obtain a grading permit. On September 18,
1998, the City of Carlsbad approved the landscape plans (Plan #363-1L), therefore
releasing any holds on the landscape deposit.
ID1 is hereby requesting release of the cash deposit. For your reference, attached is the
landscape cash deposit receipt (Receipt No. 53443). Please send the reimbursement
check to IDI's Itvine ofice as listed below, or 1 can pick-up the check when available.
