Dear Ms Hysong:
Please find enclosed a copy of the receipt issued today by Teck-Bilt, Inc. for the
sale of 6.5 mitigation credits at the Manchester Avenue Conservation Bank for the
Southern Maritime Chaparral impacts at the Newton Drive Industrial Facility Site. This
is given to satisfy in full the off-site mitigation requirement of the Mitigated Negative
Declaration dated 12/24/97.
Thank you for your help. If you need anything further in regard to the
satisfaction of the off-site mitigation requirements, please give me a call.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF SALE OF CONSERVATION CREDITS
The undersigned Seller hereby acknowledges that it has sold and conveyed to Industrial
Development International, Inc. (“Purchaser”) six point five (6.5) Conservation Credits from the
Manchester Avenue Conservation Bank for the biological mitigation of southern maritime chaDarrd
impacts in connection with the project known as the Newton Business Center. All terms of this
conveyance shall be governed by the provision of the Conservation Credit Purchase Agreement
and Acknowledgment between Purchaser and the undersigned dated June 11,1998.
