This is given to satisfy in full the off-site mitigation requirement of the Mitigated Negative Declaration dated 12/24/97. Thank you for your help. (“Purchaser”) six point five (6.5) Conservation Credits from the Manchester Avenue Conservation Bank for the biological mitigation of southern maritime chaDarrd impacts in connection with the project known as the Newton Business Center. All terms of this conveyance shall be governed by the provision of the Conservation Credit Purchase Agreement and Acknowledgment between Purchaser and the undersigned dated June 11,1998.
