Description/Explanation:
Marco Plaza Enterprises will be developing a three-story, class “A” office building of
approximately 52,000 square feet on Lot 8 in the Carlsbad Airport Centre. The site is
approximately 3.32 acres and will provide surface parking for 208 cars. The project will
be known as Cornerstone Corporate Centre (“CCC”).
