Dear Sir/Madame:
The Carlsbad Airport Centre Owners Association's Architectural Review Committee
has reviewed and approved the plans for Lot 8. Plans will conform to the
development standards as specified in the CC&R's for the Centre.
We have approved the plans with the agreement that Newport National Corporation
will provide CACOA with the design details oftheir signage program, when available.
