The project will consist of one three-story office buildings of 52,000 square feet with on grade parking for 208 cars. At present, Newport National has a PUD (97-10) and a HDP (97-07) under review for this property. We are submitting the following forms and fees as part of this new application package: Land Use Review Application Form Planned Industrial Permit Application Environmental Impact Assessment Form e Recording Fee $ 0. $ 600. $ 220. $ 50. Noticing Fee Deposit (Administrative) $ 100. Total: $ 970. Nor does the application include a Constraints Map and Noise Study. The decision not to include these items was based on the assumption that the original EIA for Carlsbad Airport Centre addressed these issues. In addition, we believe our project conforms to design standards set forth in the Specific Plan.
