Enclosed are sheets A- 1 through A-5, C- 1, L- 1, and L-2 reflecting the required revisions as requested per the attached letter. Also enclosed is a revised Title Report which indicates SOAP(CA) QRS 12-37, Inc. as the
owner. The land was purchased from PROPCO, L.P. by SOAP (CA) QRS 12-37, Inc. The tenant for the new building will be Randall International.
